Development, Implementation and Support for Automated Planning and Budgeting System

ALP Group completed the implementation of an automated planning and budgeting system at Gazpromneft-Omsk OJSC, a subsidiary of GAZPROMNEFT OJSC engaged in the production of petroleum products, liquefied petroleum gas and related products and services.

The implementation project was completed to resolve a comprehensive task set by the management of the GAZPROMNEFT OJSC Directorate for Regional Sales for the unification of planning and budgeting methodologies for petroleum product suppliers. The system was introduced for operational use in August 2010.

The implementation was preceded by the development of a standard version of a single automated system for all oil product supply companies in GAZPROMNEFT OJSC. The developer of the standard version was also ALP Group.

After successful implementation of the project with ALP Group agreements were signed for system support with Gazpromneft-Omsk OJSC and other oil product supply companies.
